Steak and Ale Pie
Steak and Ale Pie is a classic and our best selling pie. Chunks of prime steak from Church Farm's own free roaming cattle. Butchered at the farm the meat is hand cut in to small chunks ready to fill our pies. We slow cook this delicious meat in Wadworth's 6X Ale and add some spices, herbs and English mustard for several hours until tender. This gives a full deep flavour and rich gravy. Using our own shortcrust pastry we encase this luscious filling and bake it to perfection. This is how it comes to you; ready to eat or heat up and enjoy at its best.
Pork and Cider Pie
A fantastic pork needs a fantastic pie. Our pork comes from a farm just down the road from our bakery. Butchered at Church Farm the diced pork is slow cooked in Moles Brewery "Black Rat" Scrumpy Cider. We add a few pieces of tender apple, a little sage and not much else to this so as to keep the flavour of the meat. This gives a rich and slightly sweet gravy and makes a fantastic pie filling. This is a very popular pie especially in cider loving Wiltshire and Somerset!
Chicken and Mushroom Pie
Wiltshire free range chickens from Church Farm have a lovely full flavour. Free range is for the discerning customer and it's this that makes this chicken pie that much more special. We use only free range chicken breasts in our pies. We chop these up and slow cook them with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. The sauce has a hint of French mustard and a little sage to enhance the flavour.
Chicken and Leek Pie - Gluten and Dairy Free
Free range chicken breast from Church Farm, diced and cooked slowly in a white wine sauce. We add leeks and a little wholegrain mustard to this mix to enhance the flavour and create a rich creamy filling. Wrapped in our gluten free pastry and baked this pie is best served hot but can be enjoyed cold on a picnic with some salad or alone.

Roast Vegetable Pie - Gluten/Dairy Free and Vegan
This pie is packed full of flavour. We take a mixture of local vegetables and roast them with herbs, garlic, onion and a little olive oil. Once cooled we add a creamy tomato passata and season to perfection. This flavoursome filling then goes inside our special gluten and dairy free pastry. Baked to perfection to create the best possible vegan pie. Here at Eat Square we are very proud of this pie. It manages to be a tasty rich and moist pie with a great pastry crust whilst being gluten free, dairy free and fully vegan. We are not the only ones who love this pie: Peter Ebdon (avid vegan and sports personality) loves this pie too and endorses it. and now (2016) we have won Taste of the West Silver Award for this pie!
